Answers to frequently asked questions about ordering from GP:50 Melt Pressure

You can create and activate an account by visiting the login to your account page.

If you have placed an order and need to change any shipping or other information afterward, please contact the factory direct within 24 hrs. at 716-773-9300 or meltsales@gp50.com.

To cancel an order prior to making payment, click the “Clear Cart” button to the left of the “Update Cart” button and below the Quantity total.

Shipping time varies depending on location. All GP:50 in stock products are shipped from our world headquarters in Grand Island, NY 14072 within two business days of an order being placed. Out of stock items have a 4-5 week lead time prior to being shipped.

A sales acknowledgment will be sent within one business day followed by a UPS Tracking No.

If the product ordered is from stock there is a 20% restocking charge. For more details, see our Shipping, Payment, & Return Policy.

If the units are in stock, they typically ship in less than 1 week. If faster service is required, please indicate in the Order Notes area. (Higher shipping fees may apply.)

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. If another shipping company or expedited service is required, please select this during check out.

Once your online order is placed, it is sent to our sales dept to be processed. A formal acknowledgment is always sent within one business day.
